VTI was proud to stand alongside Equipped Group Australia, led by Matthew Paynter, in support of Funky Friday—an initiative driven by Daniel Allen of Trademutt & TIACS to shine a light on mental health across the civil and construction industry. The event created a vibrant and positive atmosphere, giving everyone the chance to connect, share stories, and celebrate the importance of starting honest conversations in the workplace. For VTI, it was especially rewarding to engage with the operators of our trucks, hear their feedback, and see their pride in driving vehicles wrapped with the bold and meaningful Trademutt signage.

Seeing the trucks out on the road turning heads, sparking conversations, and carrying a powerful message. It was a proud moment for the VTI team. The response from both staff and the wider community has been overwhelmingly positive, with phone calls and messages reinforcing just how impactful these initiatives can be. At VTI, we believe mental health is a conversation worth having, and through partnerships like this, we’re able to help bring awareness to the forefront while showcasing the incredible work our industry delivers every day. Shout out to Matthew Paynter – Equipped Group Australia and Daniel Allen – TradeMutt & TIACS and everyone who helped to pull this event together.
